UNIO was established in 2019 as “International Loyalty System”. With headquarters in Estonia, the company’s goal was to develop business cooperation on the emerging markets - particularly in Ukraine and Moldova. Covid’19 and the war in Ukraine mixed up all plans. In 2023 we started anew as international trade and investment consulting and intermediary with a focus on distressed assets and high-quality software from Ukraine and Baltic States. Partnering with one of the biggest Ukrainian financial groups provides us with necessary resources for cross-border projects.
UNIO INTERNATIONAL LOYALTY SYSTEM
Unio OU was established as a company which intended to work as an international loyalty system and a marketing of b2b suppliers. The company started by searching, picking up and contracting of IT companies for production of software for its activities. At the beginning of 2022 we were ready to start working on the Ukrainian market. But due to the outbrake of war in Ukraine in 2022 we had to put the project on hold because the National Bank of Ukraine restricted this activity if provided by nonresidents. Considering that our digital infrastructure was ready for work and agreements for marketing cooperation with Ukrainian counterparties were signed, we decided that Unio Loyalty System Project will be resumed and shall start operating in Ukraine as soon as the National Bank of Ukraine will allow service payments abroad. UNIO INTERNATIONAL TRADE
In the meanwhile, Unio became a trade representative for goods manufacturers for Ukraine. Some of our partners offer very attractive conditions like payment postponed up to 90 days or more, so we intend to become a remarkable player in importing goods to Ukraine. Considering our partner’s Zammler logistic infrastructure and capabilities we have a lot of advantages in pricing and speed of goods delivery, even from the Far East. Our suppliers come from China, UAE, Japan, Greece, Indonesia, and India.
UNIO INTERNATIONAL M&A & INVESTMENT
Having arranged a series of profitable partnerships in international trade & importing UNIO started a new project of M&A and investment activity in Ukraine and Moldova. With Atlantis Capital investment group as our main financial partner and advisor, UNIO is now establishing a Venture Fund in Ukraine and is going to invest directly or along with the fund into companies, financial assets, real estate, and other alternative assets.
